Moderation is the key to consuming the RedBull energy drink as with most things in life. If you try to overdose or try to drink in excess then RedBull energy drink can become a problem. The drink must be adequately combined with the daily diet.

When RedBull energy drink is combined with other substances or medication, the side effects can be worse. They can prove harmful when combined with a prescribed medication, although the herbs contained in the RedBull energy drink are not enough to cause difficulties within themselves. Acne and antibiotic prescriptions are the most common prescriptions to cause RedBull energy drink side effects. The doctor will warn you of what to avoid while you are taking medications..

Some of the herbs and vitamins that are included in energy drinks include ginseng, gingko, biloba, echinacea and Vitamin B.  What encourages people to drink in excess are these herbs and vitamins that are said to have many benefits. These herbs and vitamins can be potentially harmful when consumed in excess with other medications.

Herbs and vitamins both are included in the RedBull energy drink. Vitamin should be consumed only when there is deficiency of that vitamin in the body. Sugar, taurine, glucuronolactone, B-complex vitamins and caffeine are included in RedBull energy drink. Vitamin B-complex is required to develop effective defence against diseases. It should be used only when the person is ill or deficient in particular vitamin.

More than one or two drinks a day is not recommended and should be consumed moderately. Overdose of RedBull can lead to dangerous proportions of energy levels within the body, medical complications and allergic reactions. The more excessive you consume there would be added pressure on the kidneys to flush it out of the system. Some chemical substance will take time to dissolve which can later create lots of complications. RedBull is a very strong energy drink and it should be consumed only after completely analysis the possible benefits and side effects attached to it.

Red Bull Energy Drink Side Effects – True or False

red bull energy drinkMany of us nowadays drink Red Bull without thinking whether its intake will be safe for us? In media this is has been a hot topic in terms of discussion. Although this small 8.4 oz. Beverage has been a great success in U.S. as they were able to earn millions of dollars. But still people do have a doubt in their mind whether consuming this Red Bull drinks can have any adverse affect on our body? Some people would say while others may deny this allegation.

Those who think that the drinking Red Bull has some kind of side effects will tell these drinks contain high volume of caffeine. But what they don’t realise is that the same amount of caffeine is consumed through these drinks as it is consumed when you drink a cup of coffee. It is still a question that whether the caffeine can affect your health in any way. It is totally a different topic. But research and studies have revealed that caffeine when consumed regularly may invite many diseases related to heart, or high blood pressure and diabetes etc. whereas some studies also shows that caffeine can also be of great advantage for the human body. Hence the facts are still unknown and hence people are still confused. But I would recommend taking proper medical advice from your doctors before drinking Red Bull or any other such energy drinks, if you are suffering from any heart problems or any other diseases.

On the other hand people manufacturing Red Bull or people who like this drink very much may find this whole issue as false and completely baseless. They would say that these energy drinks contains plenty of vitamins such Vitamin B. Vitamin B protects our body from getting any kind of diseases. Also it is shown in the advertisements that intake of Red Bull also increases our concentration which in turn helps in attaining our goals.

After drinking Red Bull I suffered from little shivers and nervousness. That’s the only side effects I felt which are expected in most of the energy drinks. Rather than me telling you, it’s better if you try a Red Bull can on your own and see what side effects you feel after consuming it.

Is the Energy Drink Business Dead or Dying

Quick-Strike-Energy-DrinkIt’s still a big question whether the energy drinks tops the chart of most used by the people when it comes to Modern Days Beverage Business. When you look at the figures of the production of these energy drinks, there is no doubt that its production is still on rise and touching double figure digits. But as you look into the records closely you may notice only the big companies such as Red Bull, Coca Cola company manufacturing beverages such as Tab and Burn or Full Throttle, Rockstart Energy Drink, Monster Energy Drink whereas the small companies are still left behind.

Every single dealer and distributor are fed up of the daily calls they are receiving, asking them to sponsor their new energy drinks. So what comes to my mind is whether there is any scope for these new companies manufacturing beverage drinks? Will they be able to pull off against their already established competitors?

Frankly speaking I still feel that they still have a chance to make a place in public’s mind. Many of the manufacturing companies waste their money by spending it on renting a place in big places such as 7-Eleven or Circle K. They end up spending most of their money in finding a place in these supermarkets and big stores and then they realize that they don’t have enough money to advertise their product. And this is where they make a big mistake.

These beverage companies often forgets that these products can be sold at hardware stores, offices, hospitals, clinics and many other such places. This may shock you that the most successful energy drink uses MLM i.e. Multi Level Marketing for its sales which they sell from their home.

Many other ideas such as direct marketing, implementing and planning sales strategies properly can make sure that your product receives a great feedback from its clients. By implementing these things well you can still make a place in markets without much investment.

So if you ask me again whether Energy Drinks have lost their touch in the market? I will still stick to the same answer and that is no. So make sure before launching any product to think different, plan things properly so that any situations can be handled accordingly.

Energy drinks can be dangerous if overused

b691692563Any substance when consumed in excess can prove fatal and same goes with energy drinks too. This law applies to any food such as candy bars, sodas, cheeseburgers and yes even vitamins. These energy drinks are mainly directed towards individual who are under constant physical and mental strain and need that extra bit of energy boost to get going. No matter what kind of job, people from the entire field may be a construction worker, architect, athletes need that extra bust of energy to complete their task efficiently.

There’s a popular misconception that energy drinks are dangerous and has lots of side effects.  But if you can limit the intake then you can give your body the time to process it. You should be physically strong and healthy to counter the side effects of such drinks. Consumption of any drink more than twice or thrice a day can lead you terrible consequences. So you shouldn’t run the risk of hurting your health by consuming large amounts of unwanted energy.

FRS energy drink is another popular energy drink available in the market. It is endorsed by none other than Cyclist and former tour de France winner Lance Armstrong. Many other Olympic athletes too endorse this product. Athletes started using this drink when a few of them were kicked out for using Tylenol.

Unknown ingredients in energy drink such as Quercetin and Taurine shouldn’t be blamed for. There are many energy drinks out there in the market that are usually very natural but they are not very famous due to lack of publicity and endorsements. These ingredients made it to the front of the can’s after being tried and tested and the main reason that they are good for you. It should be the back that you must be concerned with rather than the front of the can. All drinks out there have caffeine included in them so that people get tempted to have it again and again, but caffeine is not present in FRS. Companies try to win people’s heart with big banners and advertisements in the end it proves to be just false and bogus claims.
